Sr. Full-Stack Developer

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer (React / NestJS / AI-Augmented), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications using a modern full-stack approach. Your focus will be on building dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces with a strong emphasis on UI/UX principles. Additionally, you will develop and maintain high-performance backend services using the NestJS framework, ensuring architectural balance and elegance. Utilizing AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or GPT agents will be part of your workflow to accelerate development and solve complex problems efficiently. Managing database interactions using Object-Relational Mappers (ORMs) such as Prisma, Sequelize, or TypeORM will be a key aspect of your role. Implementing and managing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines and deploying applications on cloud platforms, preferably AWS, will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into elegant, maintainable, and scalable technical solutions is essential. Your strong architectural instincts will ensure that the solutions are not only functional but also well-structured, performant, and easy to maintain. To be successful in this role, you should have a total of 6-10 years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years specifically in full-stack development using React and Node.js. Strong hands-on experience with the NestJS framework is required, along with expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, including a deep understanding of advanced types, generics, and runtime validation. Experience with ORMs like Prisma, Sequelize, or TypeORM, and comfort and experience in using AI tools as part of your regular coding process are mandatory. A solid understanding of fundamental UI/UX principles, practical experience with CI/CD pipeline integration and cloud deployment, preferably on AWS, and excellent communication skills are also essential. This is a contractual/temporary position with a contract length of 6 months. The work location will be in person, with a hybrid model of 2-3 days/week in the office.
