Min Experience: 2 yearsLocation: JaipurJobType: full-timeWe are seeking a talented Senior Frontend Developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in building modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in leading frontend frameworks, capable of translating design concepts into scalable UI components, and comfortable working in Agile, cross-functional environments.This role requires strong technical execution, performance optimization skills, and the ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

UI Development

  • Develop responsive and dynamic web applications using React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Translate Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready UI components.
  • Design and maintain reusable component libraries and scalable UI architecture.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance.

API Integration

  • Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs.
  • Validate and test APIs using tools such as Postman and Swagger.
  • Handle asynchronous data flows and state management efficiently.

Performance & Optimization

  • Optimize page load speed and overall frontend performance.
  • Conduct performance audits and implement improvements.
  • Maintain high standards for code quality and maintainability.

AI-Assisted Development

  • Utilize AI-powered coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Codeium, Tabnine) to:
    • Improve code efficiency and maintainability
    • Reduce defects and technical debt
    • Accelerate development cycles
    • Automate repetitive tasks and documentation

Agile Collaboration

  • Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product teams.
  • Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
  • Manage tasks and workflows using Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Contribute to CI/CD deployment processes.

Required Skills

Core Frontend

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.
  • State management tools such as Redux, Context API, NgRx, or Vuex.

Frontend Ecosystem

  • CSS frameworks: Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material UI.
  • Build tools: Webpack, Vite, Babel.
  • Package managers: NPM, Yarn.

DevOps & Deployment (Basic Knowledge)

  • Version control using Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
  • Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes concepts.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps).

Nice to Have

  • TypeScript experience.
  • Testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
  • Experience with performance profiling tools like Lighthouse and browser DevTools.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail with a user-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
