Sr. Front End Developer

As a Frontend Development Team Lead, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the team to ensure adherence to best coding practices and project timelines. You will be involved in designing, developing, and maintaining user-friendly and high-performance websites and web applications using technologies such as React.js, Vue.js, Laravel (frontend integration), and other relevant tools. You will oversee and lead projects in WordPress, Magento, and Shopify, focusing on customization and optimization based on client requirements. Collaboration plays a vital role in this role as you will closely work with backend teams, designers, project managers, and QA to deliver seamless user experiences. Regular code reviews, ensuring compliance with coding standards, and optimizing frontend performance will also be part of your responsibilities. Staying updated with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and tools is essential to keep the development stack current and competitive. You will also be involved in project management activities like sprint planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking to ensure timely project delivery. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in WordPress, Magento, and Shopify development and customization. Strong knowledge of React.js, Vue.js, Laravel (frontend integration), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles is required. Familiarity with frontend build tools like Webpack, Gulp, npm, etc., and experience in RESTful API integration are also important. Understanding cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and SEO best practices are crucial for this role. Hands-on experience with Git version control, collaborative workflows, strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, excellent communication, and team leadership abilities are highly valued.
