Sr Field Service Engineer for North Region

As a Senior Field Service Engineer at SCIEX, your role involves conducting service, repair, and installation of Mass Spec and HPLC instruments in accordance with maintenance contracts. You will diagnose system failures, determine cost-effective solutions, and escalate complex issues when necessary. Responding to customer support calls within your assigned territory is a key responsibility. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain and install SCIEX products at internal and external customer sites, including strategic accounts - Conduct maintenance service and installation of Capillary Electrophoresis, LC, and Mass Spectrometer Instruments at customer sites - Perform electrical and mechanical testing in line with maintenance contracts - Successfully complete assigned training tasks on products and responsibilities - Provide high-quality installation, repair, and maintenance on mass spec instruments - Handle escalation calls and critical customer issues - Demonstrate a customer-centric approach in all interactions **Qualifications Required:** - MSc/BE in Electronics or Instrumentation with a specialization in Analytical Instrumentation - Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Life Sciences or a related industry - Deep understanding of analytical instrumentation in Service, particularly in mass spectrometry - Experience with Mass Spec and HPLC instruments By joining SCIEX, you will have the opportunity to be part of a winning team that accelerates the real-life impact of tomorrow's science and technology.
