As a Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager at Gurgaon office, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and engaging video content that effectively communicates messages, enhances brand identities, and captures the attention of the target audience. Your role as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor will involve collaborating with stakeholders and other members of the creative team to conceptualize, design, and edit graphics and videos across various mediums. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven work experience as a graphic designer and video editor, or in similar roles, will be preferable. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing projects, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and a variety of styles can be an added advantage. A minimum of 5 years of experience in video editing and creating is required for this role. Your key responsibilities will include developing creative and innovative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for various projects like logos, branding materials, social media graphics, and website elements. You will need to understand the narrative and objectives of video content and develop a storytelling approach through effective sequencing and editing techniques. Collaborating with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design will be part of your role. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant tools is essential. You should have a solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout composition, and video editing techniques. Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and audio editing is a plus. Creative thinking and the ability to manage multiple tasks related to designing simultaneously and meet deadlines are crucial for this role.
