Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager (Production / QAQMS)

Role Overview: As a Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager in Production / QAQMS at an Injectable Plant focusing on the Oncology Segment in Yamunanagar, Haryana, you will play a crucial role in overseeing Production and Quality Assurance activities. Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining high-quality documentation practices. Your expertise in sterile manufacturing practices and regulatory compliance will be essential for the success of the manufacturing unit. Key Responsibilities: - Execute and monitor daily Production operations in the Injectable (Oncology) section. - Manage and review Quality Management System (QMS) documentation. - Handle Vendor Qualification processes, including assessment, audits, and documentation. - Prepare, review, and maintain APQR (Annual Product Quality Review) reports. - Ensure strict adherence to GMP, regulatory, and safety guidelines. - Support audits, both regulatory and customer, and ensure readiness for compliance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth plant operations. Qualification Required: - 3-8 years of experience in Injectable / Oncology / Sterile manufacturing. - Strong hands-on experience in either Production or QA-QMS. - Good understanding of Vendor Qualification processes. - Mandatory experience in APQR preparation. - Excellent skills in documentation, compliance, and regulatory practices. - Ability to work effectively in a sterile manufacturing environment. (Note: Qualification requirements include B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc, with preference given to the latter.),
