Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Sr. Executive/ Asst Mgr. Accommodation and Hotel Contracting. Keen applicant will be responsible for the contracting with hotels and accommodations, ensuring optimal rates and availability in different projects. Key tasks will include negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and working closely with the sales and hospitality teams. They will also handle client communication and ensure seamless coordination, maintain the sheets in day to day basis and execution of travel plans, providing excellent service to meet client needs.

• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Budgeting and Sales
• Background in Hospitality
• Strong Team Management skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in client relationship management
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Good command in MS Office
