Sr Engineer - Technology & Platform Development

You will be joining our team as a Full-Stack Developer to contribute to the development of our SDWAN and Managed WiFi network monitoring platform. We are looking for someone skilled and versatile, with expertise in either Java or Python, and experience in modern backend and frontend technologies, containerization, and observability tools. In the role of a Full-Stack Developer, your responsibilities will include backend development tasks such as developing and maintaining microservices using Java (Spring Boot) or Python (Flask), implementing and optimizing Kafka consumers and producers, working with Redis for caching and data storage, and designing and consuming RESTful APIs to facilitate communication across services. Additionally, you will be responsible for frontend development, building and enhancing UI components using Angular and Node.js, and ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend services. You will also collaborate on data ingestion workflows using Logstash to ensure smooth data flow into Elasticsearch and Kafka, support alarm processing mechanisms, and integrate with SNOW (ServiceNow) for ticketing. Utilizing Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), you will handle data storage, monitoring, and visualization. If you have experience with DevOps and Containerization, you will work with Docker and Kubernetes to containerize and orchestrate applications. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop solutions based on design requirements. It is essential to follow best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to deliver high-quality solutions. To qualify for this role, you should have strong experience in either Java with Spring Boot, Kafka (consumer/producer), Redis, and REST API development, or Python with Flask, Pandas, REST API development, and API integrations. Hands-on experience with Angular, Node.js, and knowledge of data ingestion pipelines and integration with Elasticsearch and Kafka are required skills. Preferred skills include experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration, as well as familiarity with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for data monitoring and visualization.,
