Must be having 6 to 8 years of hands on experience with designing of Automotive Interior Exteriors / Plastics Should be excellent in Interiors and Exteriors Design (IP, Console, Door Trims, Upper Trims, Bumper systems etc.) Should have experience in DFx ( Design for Mfg, assembly & Serviceability) Knowledge in tooling, fixings, Materials etc will be preferable Knowledge in tooling, Joineries, Materials, GD & T, Stack up DFMEA, DVP etc will be preferable Strong communication skills
