Job Description

Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and standards for the manufacturing of 220 KV and above power transformers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Establish and maintain quality control measures, including inspection criteria, testing protocols, and documentation procedures, to verify product conformance and identify defects.
Lead and manage the quality assurance team, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations to ensure effective performance and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to define quality requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria for power transformers, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes, equipment, and finished products to identify quality issues, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.
Analyse quality data and metrics to monitor production performance, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions to address root causes of quality issues
