Currently Hiring for Sheet Metal Industry is hiring for the position of : Engineer/Sr. Engineer Quality to Quality Department of Stamping & Assembly Division,

Location : Bommasandra

Designation - Engineer/Sr. Engineer

Role: Engineer/Sr. Engineer Quality to Quality Department of Stamping &

Assembly Division, responsible for Strategic Thinking, Ensuring Zero customer

complaints, while ensuring Quality compliance of the systems for products as

well as Process for certifications viz., ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and shall be directly

reporting to Plant Quality Head.

Qualification: BE in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Tool & Die Making.

Experience: 4 to 6 Years (Preferred from Automotive Stamping Industry).

Skills required:

• Measurement system analysis/Statistical Process Control Techniques.
• Geometric dimensioning and tolerance.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal

standards. Problem solving.

• Effective interaction with other departments/suppliers.
• Willingness to learn new methods and systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Sound judgment and decision making.
• Knowledge of Stamping process from Automotive Industries
• Familiar with IATF 16949 standard and documentation

Job Responsibilities: -

Assist HOQ in all quality related activities.

Maintains master list of all documents with the latest revision status.

Initiate production permit.

Co-ordinates production and shipment of first article products

Formulates and Co-ordinates corrective and preventive action based on

non-conformities.

Train the operators in general quality aspects.

Ensures corrective and preventive action is taken for all system and

product non-conformance.

In-process Quality Control.

Prepare and maintains Quality Inspection Plan/ Checklists in respective

areas.

Control and monitors pilot production.

Statistical Quality Control in respective areas and Prepare control charts.

Shift arrangements in Quality Assurance.

Salary: - As per Industry standard
