Sr. Engineer - QA

Essential Criteria:

1. BE/Diploma in electronics Engineering,
2. Knowledge of IATF
3. In-depth knowledge of SMT, Paste printer, AOI, SPI, conformal & X-Ray machine- Programming, Operation & Machine maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Establishing and maintaining Quality Documentation such as Procedure, Formats, Work and Test Instructions.
2. Calibration management of monitoring and Measuring Instruments from NABL Accredited Laboratories
3. Efficient and Effective planning, organizing, controlling of available resources
4. Coordinating Monitoring and Measuring activities during Inward RM parts QC, In-process QC and Final inspection of FG product.
5. Ensuring that the Corrective and Preventive actions are initiated by the concerned in case of NCs observed during all the stages in production and further its effectiveness
6. Product certification & compliances viz. BIS etc.
7. Implementation of QMS in accordance to ISO 9001:2015 in accordance. to ISO 14001:2015 in the Organisation.
8. Planning Internal Quality Audits & preparing audit report along with follow up for NC closure.
9. Giving Guidance to the Reporting Persons
10. Keeping Liaison with Certifying Agencies.
11. To ensure that functional Process Indicators and Objectives are achieved (Department KPI).
12. To conduct MRM as per plan.
13. Monitor, Measure and improve Quality Index of Vendors
14. To report on monthly basis, the Quality cost & f-ppm.
15. Software Validation of test machine & FPY improvement for test machines
16. PM plan & spare parts management for ATE (Automatic Test Equipment)
17. Test jigs & fixtures development for ATE
18. BIT set up preparation for reliability & testing during New Product Introduction.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

1. Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance of plant and machinery related to Production, and Utility.
2. Predictive Maintenance of key machines.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skill,
4. Knowledge of ISO/EMS.
5. Knowledge of MS 0ffice.
6. Knowledge of SAP preferable.
7. Presentation Skills
