Sr. Engineer - CHP

As a Senior Engineer at Nabha Power Limited, your primary responsibility will be to monitor the availability and ensure proper maintenance planning of various equipment such as Wagon tippler, Side Arm Charger, Apron feeder, Diverter Gate, EOTs, and their auxiliaries. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring the availability of Wagon tipplers for timely handling of rakes to avoid penalties. - Monitoring equipment to reduce downtime and operational costs. - Preparing breakdown history of equipment and monitoring condition status. - Developing vendor relationships for maintenance-related purchases. - Monitoring the availability of critical spare parts inventory. - Ensuring 100% safety at the site during maintenance activities. - Implementing modifications at the site to enhance reliability, efficiency, and safety. - Ensuring 100% availability and proper maintenance planning of all specified equipment for unloading coal rakes. - Planning and executing overhauling, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and proactive maintenance of all equipment. - Ensuring quick response time to any breakdown situations. - Maintaining tools, plants, and spare parts inventory. - Providing necessary training to subordinates and Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs). To be eligible for this role, you should have a minimum of 10-12 years of experience, possess a Diploma in Engineering, and demonstrate skills in CHP, planning, teamwork, and communication.
