Job Description

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
10-15 years of experience in the field of power sector / meter installation / O&M projects.
Good knowledge of O&M specifically for power sector.

Operations & Maintenance Oversight
: Lead the O&M activities for smart metering infrastructure, ensuring reliable operation of smart meters, data concentrator units (DCUs), communication networks, and related electrical systems.
Troubleshooting & Fault Resolution
: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to metering equipment, communication failures, and power quality to minimize downtime.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis
: Monitor system performance, analyze energy consumption data, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and SLAs.
Team & Vendor Coordination
: Supervise field teams, contractors, and OEMs for maintenance activities, and coordinate with DISCOMs/AMISP for seamless operations.
Compliance & Safety Management
: Ensure all O&M activities adhere to safety protocols, electrical standards, and cybersecurity guidelines for smart metering systems.
