Sr Director DEX & ServiceNow Platform Engineering

As a Digital Employee Experience Engineering Lead at UKG, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and simplification across service delivery, workplace automation, and user experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the strategy and delivery of Digital Employee Experience Engineering. - Owning and evolving the enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform to enable employee-centric digital services. - Driving enhanced end-to-end employee journeys by integrating digital tools and collaboration platforms. - Collaborating with global HR, IT, and business teams to redesign internal services through intuitive design and process automation. - Leading platform engineering operations to ensure system resilience, scalability, and compliance. - Building and scaling high-performing engineering teams focused on innovation and delivery excellence. - Championing governance, platform standards, and experience design across the digital employee ecosystem. - Engaging with executive leadership to shape the digital workplace roadmap and demonstrate measurable business value. - Managing vendor partnerships, budget ownership, and platform expansion with a focus on reliability and user outcomes. Qualifications: - 12-18 years of IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow platform strategy and delivery. - Proven success in leading digital experience or enterprise platform transformation in a product-based organization. - Deep expertise in ServiceNow, digital workplace platforms, and enterprise automation. - Strong grasp of employee experience design, engineering best practices, and digital service orchestration. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional global teams and drive large-scale change. - Excellent executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational leadership skills.
