Sr. Director Capital Markets

As a highly experienced professional, your role will involve leading and executing capital market transactions in Mumbai, with a focus on land disposition and monetization. Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and closing land disposition transactions across Mumbai. - Managing the complete transaction process with the support of the Capital Markets team. - Working on land monetization and capital-raising structures for developers. - Securing mandates for land disposition and capital raising. - Maintaining and expanding databases of land, developers, and financial institutions. - Consistently achieving individual revenue targets. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Education: MBA, CA, or CFA from a reputed institute. - Experience: 8-15 years in capital markets, real estate transactions, or investment advisory. Additionally, you should possess the following skills: - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Analytical and problem-solving mindset. - Client relationship management and business acumen.
