Sr. Digital Product Development

As the Lead of Digital Apparel Development program for Columbia, you will closely collaborate with internal and external partners to supervise technical engineering functions at FGVs and digitize Materials & Trim components. Your role involves managing the Digital Apparel Development process to ensure our apparel products are commercialized using Digital Development Processes and adhere to Digital Visual Quality Standards, achieving design integrity, quality, and target cost/margin. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with cross-functional department heads to develop apparel products digitally as per the established Digital Development Strategy - Manage finish goods factory operations to ensure readiness adherence to Digital Visual Quality Standards - Update vendor performance matrix and tiering data, driving continuous improvement in development lead-time and fit approval - Establish and monitor procedures to improve Digital Development processes, training and managing the Digital vendor team - Provide seasonal digital development support, manage key calendar dates, explore software updates, and provide technical support to partners - Maintain digital development infrastructure, administer digital files storage systems, and collaborate with software suppliers - Create strong interactions with Finished Goods Raw Material Partners to ensure an efficient process - Act as the face of Digital Development in Asia **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in product creation & 3D apparel creation - University/College degree specializing in a related field with 5+ years of technical Product Development experience and 3+ years of project management experience - Advanced knowledge of garment construction methods, manufacturing sewing operations, and 3D software (Browzwear, CLO, Opti-tex) - Experience in materials and the apparel supply chain - Fluent in spoken and written English **Additional Details:** - Reporting Line: Supervisor, Digital Product Development (M1) position reports to the Regional India Merchandise Director - This job description outlines your scope and function in the company, providing significant freedom to set objectives and goals during conversations with your manager.,
