Role Overview:

Sr Digital Marketing

Detailed Responsibilities (non-conclusive):

a. Develop and lead a comprehensive influencer strategy aligned with brand objectives for relevant brands & categories.

b. Own, identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key partners & agencies.

c. Steer the influencer marketing agenda for the business and lead initiatives that helps our brands be best-in-class

d. Build best practices across categories to drive synergies across campaigns & long-term planning for the MU, region & globally

e. Drive efficiency across aligned cost & media metrics along with focus on measurement, reporting

f. Identify tools & platforms to upskill execution & activity

Category campaign partnering

a. Partnering with brand teams on campaign creative asset creation

b. Owning the creative consumer journey across the digital medium to deliver best-in-class experiences

c. Drive the digital strategy for relevant categories in the short term and long term to help achieve business goals

d. Co-brief agencies with category teams and own the digital execution

4.

a. Managing digital campaigns in conjunction with category teams, media teams and external agency partners

b. Clear measurability across all relevant digital campaigns and initiatives

c. Integrating with e-commerce to drive category relevant e-marketing initiatives

Required Qualification:

  • Experience – 8+ years of Content & Digital Marketing in Beauty/ FMCG / Agency set-up.

Skillset:

  • Passion for the beauty & skin care industry
  • Strong communication skills, very social media savvy.

  • Has proven experience in content and influencer marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital landscape & its potential to build competitive advantage
  • Understanding of digital media campaigns & media metrics
  • A team player
  • Project management
  • Strong agency management & engagement skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficient in English
