Position Overview:

We are seeking Senior Software Engineers with proven expertise in building scalable microservices and cloud-native applications. You will play a key role in designing and delivering payment gateway integrations, bank APIs, authentication/authorization (Okta), and eKYC workflows for critical financial applications. You will work in a challenging high-performance environment and be expected to mentor juniors, drive best practices, and deliver resilient, scalable systems aligned with banking domain and practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize Java microservices for high-volume, real-time financial systems.

Architect and integrate solutions for payment gateways, banking APIs, Okta authentication/authorization, and eKYC workflows.

Debug complex production issues and deliver durable fixes.

Guide the team in following design patterns, TDD/BDD, and Agile methodologies.

Optimize SQL and NoSQL databases for performance and scalability.

Collaborate with cloud engineers to provision and manage AWS cloud infrastructure.

Conduct code reviews, mentoring, and technical discussions.

Ensure security and compliance aligned with financial industry standards.

Required Skills

Programming: Advanced Java, J2EE, Spring Boot (expert-level).

Databases: MySQL / MongoDB (schema design, query optimization).

Cloud: Hands-on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, RDS).

Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design principles.

Proficiency in debugging distributed applications.

Solid experience with unit and integration testing frameworks.

Familiarity with Dockerized deployments, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

Good to Have

Experience in serverless architecture.

Familiarity with front-end (JavaScript/React).

Knowledge of IoT/hardware integration.

Prior experience with banking domain
