Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Administer user roles, profiles, permissions, and licenses
Configure page layouts, record types, flows, and validation rules
Handle data imports/exports and maintain system security
Develop and enhance bots, connected apps, and complex flows
Support integrations with marketing tools and other systems
Train users and promote Salesforce best practices.

Core Skills:

Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
Declarative automation (Flows, Process Builder)
Basic Apex, SOQL, and API integration knowledge
Lightning App Builder, security frameworks
Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Certifications:

Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) - Required
Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) - Highly Valued
Additional certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ) - Preferred.
