Sr. Developer

The ideal candidate for this role should possess expertise in Genero (4 GL) and SQL Server. With at least 6 years of experience in developing software applications, you should hold a Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in computer engineering, computer science, or electrical engineering. Proficiency in scripting and debugging is essential, along with substantial experience in Genero and working on Windows & Web applications. Additionally, you should have extensive experience with SQL Server databases and knowledge of Entity framework. A strong understanding of OOPS concepts, SOLID Principles, Designing Patterns, and experience with Agile - Scrum and Kanban development methodologies is required. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be collaborating closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Project Managers. In this role, you will collaborate with the development team in India and client team onshore, ensuring the timely execution of all specified tasks without supervision. Your responsibilities will include engaging with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, designing solutions, and supporting multiple infrastructure environments. You will also work on enhancing the production-like environment to ensure product reliability, observability, and maintainability. Collaborating with technical leadership, you will help organize technical roadmaps and assist delivery teams in deploying code effectively. Proactively identifying and removing project obstacles, troubleshooting and debugging build issues, and promoting customer priorities will be crucial aspects of your role. Moreover, you will be expected to review code, ensure compliance with industry best practices, explain and apply enterprise solutions on mixed mobile platforms, and develop solutions aligned with consumer business needs. You will collaborate on large-sized projects, working with global teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
