Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sr Developer (B2) / Technical Lead (B3) with 5-9 years of experience to join our team in Pan India, excluding Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities implementation.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Lightning, Salesforce configuration, and customization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality software products.
Utilize DevOps practices, including Bitbucket, Git, and CI/CD, to ensure efficient development processes.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall code quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.

Job Requirements

Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities implementation.
Proficiency in Salesforce technical skills, including Lightning, Salesforce configuration, and customization.
Experience with DevOps tools such as Bitbucket, Git, and CI/CD.
A strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Education: Be/B.tech.
Notice period: 0-30 days.
Specific domain/industry: Healthcare or Telecom domain; experience in Salesforce Vlocity is preferred.
