Job Responsibilities :

Thermoengineering India is a swiftly growing entity in India fully supported by our USA and Italian principles. To support our global growth endeavour, we wish to hire a Senior Designer Flares (Mechanical).

1.Analyse project specifications and requirements related to layout and 3D modelling in the oil and gas sector, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

2.Develop flare packages, including equipment, piping, support structures, and pipe racks, ensuring technical accuracy and design efficiency.

3.Develop comprehensive fabrication and construction drawings including part drawings, assemblies, general arrangements, sectional views, and detailed layouts.

4.Utilize AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor proficiently for 2D and 3D design work.

5.Collaborate closely with lead engineers to refine and finalize project drawings, models, and documentation.

6.Coordinate effectively with other designers and cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality outputs and ensure timely project delivery.

7.Prepare, review, and validate general arrangement drawings, foundation layouts, fabrication drawings, and piping isometrics in compliance with engineering standards and client requirements.

8.Ensure adherence to relevant codes, safety regulations, and client specifications throughout all design activities.

9.Assist in identifying and resolving design-related challenges by liaising with engineers, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.

10.Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and project documentation, ensuring version control and traceability.

11.Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support overall project and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

5 to 15+ years of experience in 3D modelling, layout design, and detailing within the oil and gas industry.

Strong proficiency inAutodesk Inventor & AutoCAD/CAD Worx.

Proven ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and technical accuracy.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineers and global design teams.

Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within project deadlines.
