**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** You have the opportunity to join Adobe Design as a Senior Experience Designer for the Illustrator team within the Creative Cloud business. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to understand customer needs, design industry-standard tools for print and digital media, and contribute to building the leading graphic design tool for Creatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design holistic experiences across multiple products and platforms, working closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners. - Create "simple, elegant & intuitive" designs that enhance user workflows and bring delight. - Communicate design ideas using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes. - Engage with the user research team and customers to validate design solutions through usability testing. - Utilize your strong design background to deliver compelling user experiences and collaborate effectively across the organization. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience in product design with a successful track record. - College degree or equivalent practical experience in design, focusing on graphic design, HCI, or related fields. - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Xd, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or similar design programs. - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams. - Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and problem-solving strategies. - Passion for understanding the intersection of creativity and technology in the design process. - Experience in conducting research, synthesizing insights, and shaping product strategy. - Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. - Knowledge and enthusiasm for accessible and inclusive design. - Background in crafting user interactions for automation and features driven by machine learning and AI.
