Sr. Designer ( BIM)

As a Design Head in Mumbai, Lower Parel, you will be responsible for leading design projects in the construction industry. You will leverage your expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling to oversee all phases of architectural design projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing architectural design projects. - Creating GFC drawings for new projects. - Producing high-quality drawings and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling. - Developing and implementing BIM strategies for project optimization. - Performing complex 3D modeling and visualization. - Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and consultants. - Ensuring designs comply with building codes and standards. - Mentoring junior designers and contributing to design process improvement. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. - 10-13 years of architectural design experience, with a preference for significant exposure to the construction industry. - Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling. - Strong understanding of construction methods and materials. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Experience in handling a team of designers.
