Sr. Design Engineer/ Design Engineer

As a Design Engineer/Senior Design Engineer, your role involves being proficient in designing PDC Die Design simulation and proper casting calculation. You should also have expertise in Solid Works, GDC, HPDC for progressive die design. Additionally, a good understanding of Die Casting Processes, including knowledge of gravity and pressure die casting processes, is required. Key Responsibilities: - Proficient in designing PDC Die Design simulation and proper casting calculation - Expertise in Solid Works, GDC, HPDC for progressive die design - Understanding of both gravity and pressure die casting processes - CAD Proficiency to create precise and detailed die designs using software like SolidWorks and AutoCAD - Material Knowledge: Understanding the properties of aluminum and its behavior during the die casting process for designing effective dies Qualifications Required: - B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical In addition to the job role and responsibilities, you will benefit from Provident Fund.
