Roles and Responsibilities Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for new projects. Lead project teams from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress regularly, making adjustments as needed to meet changing requirements or unexpected challenges. Desired Candidate Profile 20-28 years of experience in industrial construction/turnkey projects with a strong background in civil engineering (B.Tech/B.E. + M.Tech). Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure development projects from conception to commissioning. Strong understanding of EPC contracts, tender preparations, BOQs, cost estimates, quantity surveying principles.
