Sr. Data Science/Analyst

As a Data Analyst at Highspot, you will play a crucial role in analyzing large and complex data sets to identify patterns, create new metrics, develop predictive models, build dashboards, and generate insights that drive business decisions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing core business topics using Highspot's product and business data, partnering with cross-functional teams to leverage statistics, machine learning, and operations research techniques, conceptualizing data pipelines with the Data Engineering team, defining top-level business metrics, and leading research to uncover new opportunities for analytics within Highspot's product and business. To qualify for this role, you should have an advanced degree (MS, BS) in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or related quantitative fields. You should also have 6+ years of experience using SQL, 2+ years of experience with Tableau, 6+ years of experience in Python and related analytics libraries, and 6+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying predictive models. Experience with git, AWS cloud technology, and working remotely with a U.S.-based team is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of dealing well with ambiguity, excellent communication skills, and empathy to support and contribute to the team's success.
