Sr. Data Analytics Engineer

You will be joining the Digital Caregiver Experience team that is focused on creating platforms, services, and products for the 119K Caregivers (employees). The team is dedicated to transforming the experience of Caregivers to enable them to provide better care to patients. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on Application development, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Service Maturity/Quality of Service, Reporting & Analytics, and 3rd Party SaaS products integrations. - Lead Components/Modules in an end-to-end system with full ownership, emphasizing quality, schedule, and engineering excellence. - Scale up on solving design problems and assist Managers and Senior Engineers in the team. - Code, Test, Deploy, and Support features based on architecture parameters like Performance, Security, Reliability, Scalability, and Configurability. - Collaborate with the team to make decisions and set roadmaps with a focus on outcomes. - Simplify complex problems/systems and possess excellent debugging skills. - Practice code reusability and sharing across different components. - Work closely with the team on delivery and roadmap execution while continuously evolving the product. - Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Principal Engineers to build the product roadmap. - Work with the Service Engineering and Product Management team to ensure Quality of Service. - Collaborate with Global Engineering teams on shared goals with a focus on outcomes and a collaborative mindset. - Own the technical decisions and choices for the product. - 3 to 5+ years of experience in technical roles with a solid track record of shipping products. - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Experience with Business Intelligence Solutions and a strong passion for data analysis and reporting. - Conceptual understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, indexing, partitioning, and parallel data processing. - Proficiency in writing SQL/R/Python scripts or any other scripting language for data retrieval and analytics. - Ability to create reports using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools. - Experience with cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) is preferred. - Experience in the Healthcare domain is a plus. - BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.,
