Sr. Creative Designer

As a Graphic Designer at our Media Production company based in Erode, you will play a crucial role in creating visually engaging content for both digital and print media. With a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for collaborating with our marketing and product teams to develop compelling visual assets that enhance our brand identity and boost audience interaction. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and producing visual content for various platforms such as social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and brochures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions while ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials. Additionally, you will be tasked with photo editing, preparing files for print, and staying updated on design trends and tools to create modern and impactful designs. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience. Your proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, will be essential. A solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory, as well as a diverse portfolio showcasing your creative work, are also crucial. Strong project management skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities are key requirements for success in this position. This is a full-time permanent position with day and morning shifts. You will also have the opportunity for a yearly bonus based on performance.
