Job Description

We are looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant with 6 - 13 years of experience to be a part of our team. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in OFSAA, Regulatory Reporting, Business Analysis & Planning, and CRAFT Work Model. This role will require you to work in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel involved. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business processes and offer strategic insights to facilitate business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding of regulatory reporting is essential - Experience in OSFI would be advantageous - Implementation in the residential lending space with a strong grasp of product understanding, specifically Reso - Handling various reports including Finance reports and GL reconciliation - Full-cycle implementation is expected, not just routine tasks; experience in implementing new reporting from data onboarding, data lineage, drill down, and implementation is crucial - Proficiency in OFSAA, including data aggregation, consolidation, and GDS components like adjustments and monitoring - Business Analysis tasks such as documentation, Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Requirement Document (FRD), and gathering requirements - Ability to read guidelines and translate them into requirements effectively Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Coimbatore If you meet the above requirements and are interested in this position, please send your CV to shyam.k@cognizant.com.,
