We are currently hiring for the position of Sr. Consultant Data Engineer to join our expanding team of experts. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and developing solutions within the Snowflake Data Cloud environment. Responsibilities encompass data ingestion pipelines, data architecture, data governance, and security. The ideal candidate thrives on optimizing data systems and enjoys the challenge of building them from the ground up.
Qualifications:
- Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work from Office)
- Looking for candidates who can join within a month
- Bachelor s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent field.
- 6-10 years of experience in related technical roles, encompassing data management, database development, ETL, Data Warehouses, and pipelines.
- At least 3+ years of experience within the Snowflake Data Cloud environment.
- Proven experience in designing and developing data warehouses using platforms such as Teradata, Oracle Exadata, Netezza, SQL Server, and Spark.
- Proficiency in building ETL / ELT ingestion pipelines with tools like DataStage, Informatica, Matillion.
- Strong SQL scripting skills.
- Cloud experience, particularly on AWS (experience with Azure and GCP is advantageous).
- Proficient in Python scripting, with a requirement for Scala expertise.
- Ability to prepare comprehensive reports and present them to internal and customer stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and an action-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including assertiveness and the ability to build robust client relationships.
- Comfortable working in Agile teams.
- Previous experience in hiring, developing, and managing a technical team.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
