Job Description: As a Cisco Unified Communications Engineer, your role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various Cisco Unified Communications products such as Unified Communications Manager, Unity, Unity Connection, Presence, Contact Center Express, Cisco Webex, and Cisco Webex Contact Center.
