Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Civil Foreman based in Hisua. The Sr Civil Foreman will oversee daily construction activities, manage construction crews, and ensure project timelines and safety standards are met. Responsibilities include supervising site operations, coordinating with engineers and project managers, operating and maintaining heavy equipment, and ensuring the quality of carpentry work. The role requires effective communication with team members and adherence to maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills to manage construction crews and projects
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining Heavy Equipment
• Strong Communication skills for coordinating with team members and management
• Experience in Carpentry and ensuring quality craftsmanship
• Knowledge of construction Maintenance processes and schedules
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role in the construction industry
• Relevant technical training or certifications in construction or related fields
