Sr Chemist/Research Associate Synthesis R&D

You should have strong skills in Organic Chemistry, Synthetic Chemistry, Laboratory Techniques, Data Analysis, Problem Solving, Multi-step Synthesis, and Small Scale operations. Your responsibilities will include performing synthetic work to achieve specified goals, including reaction setup, workup, and analysis. You will be expected to execute chemical reactions to produce molecules/compounds as per client requirements using efficient methods. You should be capable of managing projects with minimal supervision, setting up and conducting reactions for target synthesis, and ensuring safety through adherence to laboratory best practices. Maintaining accurate records, data integrity, and IP specifications will also be part of your duties. Experience with column purification techniques such as Grace, Combi flash, and other chromatographic methods, as well as handling pyrophoric reagents, will be beneficial. In the future, there may be opportunities to work with Mithros and potentially transition to projects with Taros.,
