Sr. Business Intelligence Developer

As a BI Developer at SourceMash Technologies, you will be responsible for designing and delivering data-driven solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. Your role will involve developing dashboards, reports, and data models, as well as building ETL processes and optimizing SQL queries. Collaboration with business teams to translate requirements into actionable insights and ensuring data integrity across systems will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. With at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roles, you will leverage your strong expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms. Experience in building and optimizing data models (Star/Snowflake schema) for reporting purposes will be crucial, along with a good understanding of ETL processes and tools like SSIS, Informatica, Talend, or Azure Data Factory. Your excellent communication skills will be put to use as you work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports. Writing optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models will be part of your routine tasks to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across reporting systems.
