| Essential Requirements |
| Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field. Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred. |
| Experience: Proven 3-5-year experience in design of Bridges and other highway related structures, preferably in a consulting or engineering firm. |
| Proficient in structural analysis software (such as SAP2000, MIDAS, or STAAD Pro) and CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit or SOFiSTiK). |
| Working knowledge of Standards and Codes |
| Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders. |
| Ability to work effectively in a team with colleagues, seniors and clients. |
| Ability to fully understand, explain, present and solve complex technical problems for technical and non-technical audiences. |
| Responsibilities |
| Contribute to a team of engineers and CAD technicians working on design and assessment of bridges as per Indian codes of practice. |
| Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in design calculations, drawings, and specifications. |
| Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address design challenges and develop innovative solutions. |
| Deliver project in accordance with to quality, timescales and budget. |
| Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in bridge design, construction techniques, and industry best practices. |
