Sr. Associate - UI/UX Designer on BI Dashboards

As a UI/UX Designer in our company, you will collaborate with data teams and developers to understand user needs, business goals, and dashboard requirements. You will redesign and enhance the user interface of BI dashboards with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and design best practices. Your responsibilities will include developing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for dashboard layouts. Additionally, you will define and maintain a consistent visual style guide, including color palettes, typography, iconography, and layout standards for BI reports. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with BI developers to ensure the design vision is accurately implemented within the chosen BI tools. - Stay up to date with UI/UX trends and design innovations to bring new ideas to the table. - Communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Create dashboards in PPT and Photoshop. - Translate complex ideas into clear and concise visual content. - Utilize UI/UX design tools such as Figma and Canva.
