The Customer/Technical Support Executive will be responsible for handling inbound voice calls from customers, diagnosing technical issues, and providing effective resolutions while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
-Handle inbound customer calls related to technical and service issues
-Troubleshoot issues related to internet, devices, applications, or systems
-Provide clear and professional solutions to customers over voice calls
-Accurately document interactions and resolutions in the system
-Follow process guidelines, SLAs, and quality standards
-Escalate unresolved issues as per defined procedures
-Maintain a high level of customer experience and professionalism
-Excellent spoken English (mandatory)
-Clear voice and neutral accent preferred
-Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills
-Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally
-Basic computer knowledge
-Willingness to work in rotational shifts
