Job Description

Bachelor s degree in computer science or higher as well as related field of study
10+ years of professional experience in software development
Strong experience in back-end software development with following skills:
- Strong in Core Java coding skills using JAVA 8+, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with development using Spring Frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Services, Spring Security, etc.).
- Experience using ETL frameworks like Apache Airflow, Spring Batch, Apache Camel etc.
Good knowledge of SQL (MS-SQL, PostGres Sql ), Snowflake and of NoSQL databases preferably COSMOS.
Strong experience working with any Cloud Frameworks preferably Azure and of Docker, Kubernetes (AKS).
Good experience with Enterprise Messaging frameworks like KAFKA.
Good experience configuring/ troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines preferably Azure DevOps.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

Understanding of UI Development skills using React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Knowledge of Financial/ Banking Domain.
Good understanding of Build tools like MAVEN, Gradle and SCM tools like GIT.
Knowledge of DB Performance Tuning
Understanding of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
Understanding Agile techniques
Administer the automated job scheduling system, Control-M.
Knowledge of Monitoring tools such as Dynatrace
Experience in incident management, understanding of ticket workflows and use of escalation.
Good understanding of Change Management process and tools
Experience with ServiceNow is beneficial.
Good understanding of Unix commands and Scripting.
Experience of troubleshooting common database issues.
