Job Title : Senior Associate - HR & TA Serve as HR and TA SPOC at Chennai site Operate as a partner and strategic advisor to business, hiring managers, employees and candidates. Strong background in HR operations, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This role will be key to building and fostering a high-performance culture, to enhance the overall employee experience and contribute to the organization's success. Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle for a wide range of customer services /Backend operations and technical/functional roles of varying levels. Will be working on hiring in Operation, Customer support, P&T etc. Candidate Management Act as a representative and champion of the Alight brand Desired Candidate Bachelor's degree .MBA HR preferred 4-8 yrs experience in HR & Talent Acquisition 5 days Work from office ,Location : Guindy , Chennai Worked extensively for BPO / Operations / IT and support function Hiring and HR Ops. Preferably from IT / ITES industry. Strong knowledge of HR & TA best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements. Proven ability to manage TA, HR functions, employee relations, performance management. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
