Job Description

The Senior Associate-Data & ML Engineering will be responsible for validating and testing AI/ML models to ensure their accuracy and reliability. Working from the office during day shifts, you will need a deep understanding of AI/ML validation and testing processes to enhance data-driven solutions effectively. You will lead the validation and testing of AI/ML models, ensuring they meet quality standards and performance benchmarks. Collaborating with data scientists and engineers, you will oversee the implementation of AI/ML concepts to enhance model accuracy and efficiency. Developing comprehensive test plans and strategies, you will analyze test results to optimize AI/ML models continually. Your responsibilities will include providing technical expertise in AI/ML validation and testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation in AI/ML testing processes. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with industry standards, document testing procedures, and communicate outcomes effectively to stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, expertise in validation and testing methodologies, and proficiency in AI/ML testing tools and frameworks. A background in data engineering and machine learning principles, along with problem-solving skills and attention to detail, will be essential.
