Sr. Associate - Data Engineering

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines. You will integrate data from multiple sources or vendors to provide holistic insights, build and manage Data warehouse solutions, design data models, create ETL processes, and implement data quality mechanisms. Additionally, you will perform exploratory data analysis to troubleshoot data-related issues, assist in issue resolution, interact with clients, mentor juniors, and provide guidance. Key Responsibilities: - Designing, building, and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines - Integrating data from multiple sources for comprehensive insights - Managing Data warehouse solutions and designing data models - Creating ETL processes and implementing data quality mechanisms - Performing exploratory data analysis to troubleshoot issues - Interacting with clients and mentoring juniors Required Technical Skills: - Extensive experience in Python, Pyspark, SQL - Strong experience in Data Warehouse, ETL, Data Modelling - Building ETL Pipelines, Snowflake database - Proficiency in Databricks, Redshift, ADF - Hands-on experience in Azure/AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda, CloudWatch, Athena) - Knowledge in Data operations, quality, and governance - Familiarity with SFDC, Waterfall/Agile methodology - Strong knowledge of Pharma domain/life sciences commercial data operations Qualifications: - Bachelors or masters in Engineering/MCA or equivalent degree - 4-6 years of relevant industry experience as a Data Engineer - Experience with Pharma syndicated data (IQVIA, Veeva, Symphony), Claims, CRM, Sales - High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, self-organization, and personal initiative - Ability to work collaboratively, support the team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Location: Preferably Hyderabad, India,
