Job Description

As a Sr Associate Data Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for the following: - Implementing data pipelines - Hands-on development experience in Spark and DataBricks pipeline - Optimization of DataBricks pipeline - Working with AWS services - Utilizing ElasticSearch effectively - Demonstrating strong SQL knowledge and Query Optimization skills - Familiarity with REST API - Leading individual projects using AGILE methodologies - Managing a team of developers through effective planning and execution - Collaborating with product management and business users to define product roadmap - Brainstorming solutions for team productivity, efficiency, and training - Creating tools and systems to enhance team scalability - Ensuring high efficiency, availability, and fault tolerance of software systems - Designing innovative solutions to complex problems and identifying roadblocks Qualifications Required: - Excellent knowledge of Databricks, pySpark - Hands-on experience with Databricks and workflow - Proficiency in Apache Spark and related libraries - Strong understanding of AWS services such as EMR, Lambda, SNS, etc. - Expertise in Database SQL, performance tuning, and data modeling - Proficient in ElasticSearch, data modeling, automation, orchestration, security, and governance of data - Experience with CI/CD, relational and non-relational databases - Ability to analyze, identify patterns, and anomalies in large datasets - Previous experience in leading development teams In addition to the above, the company emphasizes the importance of staying updated in the data engineering space to deliver cutting-edge solutions and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.,
