Description

The Sr Associate 1 - Non-Assurance Services role involves providing critical support in the delivery of non-assurance services to our clients. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to client service.

Responsibilities

Assist in the delivery of non-assurance services to clients across various industries.
Conduct research and analysis to support client projects and recommendations.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with team members to develop solutions that meet client needs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting clients.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in non-assurance services, consulting, or relevant fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles.
