As a Senior Architect specializing in Modular Design for US Projects, you will be an integral part of our Gurgaon-based global design & R&D team. Your role will involve working on groundbreaking technologies that merge architecture, engineering, and automation to revolutionize the future of modular construction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the end-to-end design process for prefabricated modular PODs used in residential and commercial settings. - Create designs for buildings in compliance with US building codes, and serve as the Architect of Record (AOR). - Collaborate closely with mechanical, structural, BIM, and software teams to develop cohesive and manufacturable designs. - Utilize software tools such as Revit, Dynamo, Rhino, Inventor, or Tekla for parametric and automated modeling. - Incorporate smart systems, IoT, and energy optimization techniques into modular construction workflows. **Qualifications Required:** - Hold a B.Arch or M.Arch degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture or modular design. - Possess expertise in software applications like Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, and familiarity with Inventor / Tekla. - Demonstrate a track record in BIM coordination, knowledge of US design codes, and experience in offsite construction. - Exhibit a strong cross-disciplinary mindset that spans from initial design concepts to ensuring manufacturability.
