Sr Architect - Java Mainframe

Role Overview: As a Service Desk Manager at Wipro Limited, you will be responsible for managing Java, Microservices, and Mainframe skills related tasks. Your role will involve working on backend and server-side frameworks such as Java 17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservice Architecture. You will also be involved in database management using relational databases like Oracle, MSSQL, and MySQL as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis. Additionally, you will work on cloud platforms, deployment, and DevOps tools like AWS, Docker containers, Jenkins, and Terraform. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the architectural needs of the value stream are met effectively - Implement design principles to build robust and scalable software solutions - Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to align strategy and execution - Manage risks, dependencies, and troubleshoot problems proactively - Participate in Architecture COP and ARB meetings - Own performance and non-functional requirements - Share knowledge with other engineers in the value stream - Assess and improve the agility level of the program/value stream Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of Java, Microservices, and Mainframe technologies - Experience with backend development, database management, and cloud platforms - Proficiency in tools like Junit, Mockito, Docker, Jenkins, and Terraform - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Effective communication and collaborative working abilities Reinvent your world at Wipro Limited, where we are building a modern digital transformation partner with bold ambitions.
