Role Overview: As a Senior Operations Support Engineer in the Telecom/Wireless domain, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and efficiency in the dynamic 5G wireless domain. Your expertise in Java, Microservices architecture, and 5G technologies will be crucial in bridging technical teams with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Incident Management Support: - Manage and monitor incident tickets for prompt resolution and minimal disruption. - Conduct root cause analysis to address recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions. - Track incident trends to suggest process or system enhancements. - Collaborate with development and support teams to tackle complex system issues. - Develop and maintain performance dashboards to monitor system health and KPIs. - Data Analysis & Insights: - Analyze technical and functional data to identify improvement opportunities. - Create metrics and dashboards aligning system performance with business goals. - System Performance Optimization: - Evaluate system performance to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure scalable and reliable systems. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Partner with various teams to guide system enhancements and improve user experience. - Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively. - Problem-Solving & Root Cause Analysis: - Conduct root cause analysis for performance issues and provide data-driven recommendations. - Lead initiatives to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly. - Process Improvement: - Develop and refine processes for system performance monitoring and continuous improvement. - Drive operational excellence initiatives to enhance productivity. Qualification Required: - Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field. - Master's degree (preferred but not mandatory). - Skills: - Proficiency in cloud-based environments, cloudwatch, Kubernetes, NewRelic, APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics), CI/CD pipelines, Azure, Docker, ETL, Java, PLSQL, Spring Boot, APIs, Microservices architecture, SQL, Splunk, AWS, GCP, database systems. Additional Details: The candidate should also be familiar with utilizing APM tools such as NewRelic, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics, log aggregation tools like CloudWatch, Logz.io, Splunk, and New Relic, and have the ability to derive business insights through SQL skills from enterprise data lakes.,
