Title: Sr. Appian Developer

- Location: Remote

dOMAIN-: Finance, Banking, or Asset Management

- Experience: 4+ years in IT, with 4+ years in Appian developmenT

Notice Period: Immediate or serving notice in November

Key Requirements:

L2 certification is mandatory

1. Appian Expertise: 4+ years of experience in Appian development, with hands-on experience in Appian BPM applications (22x/23x).

2. End-to-End Implementation: Experience with designing, developing, deploying, and packaging Appian BPM implementations.

3. Appian Certification: Appian Level 2 Certification is mandatory.

4. Technical Skills:

- Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, Rules, Expressions, Documents, Knowledge Center.

- Data Management (Complex Data Types, XSDs, SQL queries).

- Custom plugin development.

- Appian Objects (Records, Sites, Actions, Expression Rules, Constants, Query Rules).

- Integrations (Web API, Connected Systems).

5. Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Agile software development experience.

- Ability to work independently and contribute to moderate-sized projects.

- Ability to leverage Appian technical documentation and user community resources.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, deploy, and package Appian BPM applications.

2. Contribute to screen and workflow designs.

3. Build new prototypes using Appian technical documentation and user community resources.

4. Code, configure, debug, unit test, integration test, and document application enhancements.

5. Support user guide development for new projects and enhancements.
