Role-Sr Analyst - Live UW US Mortgage Process Mandatory (Only Night Shifts) Interested Immediate Connect- 7892648654 (Call/wtsapp) Interview- Assessment/ Ops Round / HR Round Mode of Interview- Face to Face (1st April 2025/2nd April 2025/3rd April 2025/4th April 2025) Location- Bengaluru Work Mode - WFO Job Roles and Responsibilities: • Drive the development, adaptation and implementation of the Underwriting Team • Drive daily production including monitoring bottlenecks and reporting, on daily progress as it relates to production targets • Gather and discuss monthly key performance indicators (KPIs), manage results & propel improvement • Monitor capacity and coverage, promote culture, conduct check-ins with direct reports & People Operations • Monitor potential escalations and maintaining department service level agreements (SLA) • Push continued education of the organization; work with OpE (Operations Enablement) to develop and conduct ongoing training which supports OpCo initiatives and further drives Underwriting augmentation About You:- We are looking for a manager that can lead this new team to success. Well be looking for the following characteristics during our search for you: • 10+ years of experience in underwriting FNMA, FHLMC, FHA (Conventional/Non Conventional Loans) • Need to have minimum 4 Years Management experience in papers • Should have through understanding on 4C,S in UW • Prior experience managing mid to large size team (more than 20 FTE) • Knowledge of agency underwriting product guidelines • Familiarity with Desktop Underwriter (DU) & Loan Product Advisor (LPA) • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently Interested Immediate Connect- 7892648654 (Call/wtsapp) for Schedule
